North Barrule features a 1197 ft top to bottom, a huge spine back ridge and an equally imposing carry up. This site incorporates NW and SE faces and works well in light and thermic winds although increases in wind strength will find North Barrule quickly blown out.
There are excellent bottom landing options at the northern end of the ridge at Hibernia where there is usually a steady breeze or out in front approaching and beyond the Mountain Road.
